RECIPE - GF Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Since it's almost Halloween, I thought it would be appropriate to share a recipe for cookies that taste just like Reeses! What's great about this recipe is that you can swap out the chocolate chips for any other type of candy that you want (just check the label!). These cookies are soft, moist, and rich.

Ingredients:
2 cups peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 - 1 1/2 cups mixed chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, toffee candy...etc

Directions:
1. Mix together the peanut butter and brown sugar
2. Add the eggs, baking powder, and vanilla
3. Fold in the chocolate chips and other candy
4. Drop tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets
5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown around the bottom
