If you haven't already been, do yourself a favor and find a P.F. Chang's. I know it's a chain, but it's really good food. And they are very sensitive to food allergies. My favorite part is when you get your gluten free menu, it states all the special care that the restaurant will go through to ensure that you don't get glutinated: separate gluten free soy sauce, gluten free foods served on different plates and different colored plates, ingredients lists, etc.
Some of our favorite gluten free menu items:
- chicken lettuce wraps
- spicy chicken
- mongolian beef
Now if only we could get a location in NYC....
We love PF Changs. The one in Las Vegas, seems to be much better than the one that is in Atlantic City.
